red patches on penis tip

This looks like a rash at first, when to doctor (which I paid out of pocket) did not get STD panel done, the doc just gave me a penicillin shot, a single yeast pill-fluconazole 150mg, and 14 doxycycline 100mg.

It was working, and just at the last day of doxyclycline, I had just one spot left, then after I used up the prescription, they are now starting to return. Do I have a bacterial infection of some sort that requires stronger antibiotic?

Please help

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be balanitis. Oral course of antibiotics is needed. In addition, please don’t use any cosmetics on the penis, instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin. Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. In case the symptoms persist then please consult a urologist/dermatologist for evaluation and antimicrobials and steroids prescription.

I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
