Burn did not hurt

I was baking with the oven set to 325F. I reached in to remove a pie and touched the element with my wrist near the scaphoid bone. I felt the element but not the burn. I pulled away and ended up with a blistering burn. The spot did not hurt afterward either. I have put no lotion or burn treatment on the spot which now, two days later, is red but I the blister disappeared without breaking the skin. It still does not hurt (unless I rub it vigorously).

Should I be concerned?

Hi and welcome. i do that all the time and has never been an issue but healed ok by it self. Most likely youll have a scare for a few years. Just try not to touch it and i would suggest not to cover it but let it air heal.
