red spot on pens head

Hello.  Two days ago I had protected sex and unprotected oral sex performed on me by someone I just met.  A few hours ago I noticed a raised red spot on the head of my penis about an inch in a half above the rim of my penis.  At first I though it might be from friction (due to the fact that the sex was a bit long) but am worried it might be something else.  When I touch it you could feel that it is raised a bit and not smooth like the rest of the penis head. It loks and feels like it has a small white head on the tip.  It is hard to see unless u really look at it.  I was diagnosed with molloscum about 6 months ago and was treated for it.  The molloscum was mostly on the shaft and has been gone for about 3 months now.  Could this be a new out break?  It looks different from molloscum in that it is much smaller and it is on the head of my penis. It is also just ne spot wheras my molloscum came in 2 or 3 spots at a time. I would go to visit my dermatologist again but I had to leave on business over seas and will not be back for 2 weeks. In the mean time I am getting worried and dont know what I should do

I don't think you should do anything.  This sounds like irritation, not molluscum.  I advise you to leave it alone, treat it gently, and watch it go away.

Take care.
