Hello,
From the symptoms it can be plant contact dermatitis or due to insect bite also. You may take oral antihistaminics like benadryl or zyrtec. Also apply calamine lotion as it has a soothing effect on the skin. You can apply OTC steroid cream like 1% hydrocortisone.

But if the symptoms are severe or they persist then please get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hello,
This can be due to dermatitis, eczema or dry skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin. For mild-moderate eczema a weak steroid may be used (e.g. hydrocortisone as dermacort), whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid (e.g. clobetasol propionate, fluocinonide).  Eczema can be exacerbated by dryness of the skin. Use good quality moisturizers to prevent moisture loss from the skin.

If the symptoms persist then please get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
