redness n red dot on foreskin and head of penis

I am 18 years old. I have only had sex once and it was with my girlfriend and we used protection although we did have unprotected oral sex before. I started to notice redness under my foreskin a couple of months back, it would go away and come back from time to time. Recently tho after masterbating i noticed a little red dot on the head of my penis,it went away after awhile and it doesnt itch or hurt  when it was there. This does worry me though because this is the first time i noticed anything on the head of my penis. Real worried here what could do this be? any help would be greatly appreciated

Hey I am 17 years old and I've had unprotected sex. But that was almost a month ago. Then one day I walked into the bathroom to use the urinal and looked down and noticed a few tiny reddish dots on the head of the penis. Sometimes they can hardly be seen. But on another day they were completely gone but when I took a shower and used a little shampoo they came back. I Need to know what these are! And how can they go away! I have visited a doctor and have been told that the red looking dots are "Normal"...are they actually Normal?? Please tell me this is not an STD :/ there are only reddish dots. Nothing else.

HELP :(

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis or  cysts.

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
