ringworm and measles simutaneously or??

ringworm and measles simutaneously or??

hello,
im in my late 30's.
i contracted some ringworm, and it was about 5 days after going to the gym, which is my understanding that is near the incubation period.  it was on my leg, in the groin area.  it has the red raised edges, clearish center, and i have seen it before,. and it went away on its own in teh past.

this time it spread around my body.  the largest is about the size of a dime, and showed up below the buttocks, and around the groin a bit, then also on the upper chest.

once it spread beyond what i have seen before i purchased some lamisil cream.  it may have kept the rings at bay but then a rash started to appear elsewhere WHICH I ASSUMED WAS JUST MORE RINGWORM, but i think different now.  i purchased some lamisil spray, and sing sepia 12x based body soap, and am now treating it twice daily in teh shower with this, followed by once daily spraying of lamisil.

This is where it gets ugly.  after battling with this for a few weeks now it turned into a body rash.  now i have it covering my back, covering my chest, a full blown groin area rash, spreading down my arms just to where the short sleeves stop, and on my lower neck which is exacerbated by sweat, and its in the armpits badly.    this now llooks JUST like measles with raised areas non-homogenous shapes, with some clasiscal looking ringworm interspersed.      i now think i have the measles.

i may have had a fever, but im always hot.  i stumbled across a website for candida searchign for the ringworm, and took a test, and i have high risk for candida, and took a self spit test and showed that i do have candida, including about 30 of the symptoms that are related to it.

I assume now that the candida has caused some of these bad rash conditions.   I also assume that i am still in the clear, HAVING NOT YET VISITED A DOCTOR yet that this will go away in a few days and my immune system will clear it up.

assuming to have candida, i dont want antibiotics, and have started taking some 25billion live culture probiotics flora for intestines, and working my way to 3 tablespoons of cocunut oil/day.  other than these treatments, the lamisil spray, the fungi soap, the coconut oil and probiotics, i take nothing else, no prescriptions or anything.  oh yes, i am severaly itchy, and put on calimine lotion which works great for me.

have you heard of any cases of measles and ringworm together, and consider candida as a catylyst.

bump,
how long to get an answer on this site?

another note, my body temperature has been steady at 97.1 F which is what prompted me to search and find out about the candida in the first place.  and also, my spouse doesnt have any sign of this, so as time goes by, its becoming decreasingly possible that its contagious.

after readind, i think its pitryasis rosea, which does resemble measles, and ringworm combined.  most of the herald patches do have scaly skin in the middle, although the 2 herald patches on my chest are clear, and clean as day.     it itches like the worst thing ever.  baths have helped, an dim no longer treating it as a fungus.

what could this be that is plaguing me?

ok, couldnt wait any longer, went to the doctor, and it was rosea.  thanks anyway.  i was prescribed hydroxyzine for the anxiety/itching, and given some cream for the itching also.  as far as the candida being in the intestines causing symptoms, i found that its alternative medicine, so i would expect any western medicine doctor to know anything about it.

Hello,
From the symptoms one important possibility is of pityriasis rosea. Pityriasis rosea is a common human skin disease which presents as numerous patches of pink or red oval rash. The rash may be accompanied by low-grade headache, fever, nausea and fatigue and itching. Topical and oral steroids are needed. Water, sweat, and soap may cause irritation and should be avoided in the disease. Topical zinc oxide and calamine lotion are useful for pruritus.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
