i have tiny red bumps all over my chest, neck, back, shoulders and stomach. they are not pimples and i have what i believe is ring worm in 3 differnt spots should i be worried?

i have the same thing its like close little red bumps and what i thought could be ring worm on my chest and when i squeezed the red bumps they turned red and bled
