scab is very dry on face from pimple

hi dr,
I have a question about a scab on my cheek from a pimple I popped.its now a scab but the scab is very very dry  and broke into 4 parts the skin was dry under the scab from using retin a.Im worried that since the scab is so dry and it hurts it wont heal right or fall off to fast.Would you recommend me putting  any type or non comedogenic moisturizer(has to be non comedogenic as i get acne) on it so its not so dry or would you think just leaving it be and healing by itself is best?is there such a thing as scab cream at all to help it heal better? I have to be carefull what i put on my skin even things that say the wont make you breat out makes me break out my skins so sensitive.it also hard to wash my face as i dont wanna get the scab wet but it does get water on it a little.I just don't wanna end up with a big scar on my face if it doesn't heal right.thank you

the scab has fallin into 2 holes today..im hoping the dont end up being big pock marks.can a scab fill itself in a hole?im wondering if the scab will grow out towards the rest of my face?Im hoping I wont have to get injections to fill the 2 holes in .I guess i picked to hard but it really doesnt look to good and i have picked lots of pimples and never had a scab drop down into 2 holes on my face.I guess I shoulnt of picked it but its to late and it looks really bad

I suggest that the best thing for you to do is leave the scab alone.  Just put some bacitracin or neosporin ointment on it twice a day.  At some point let the doctor who prescribed the Retin-A take a look and make other suggestions.

Best.
