NEED HELP!!

About 4 months ago i went to the dermatologist for 2 little bumps on my genital region. He diagnosed them as genital warts and removed them, informing me they may return. Recently, I have noticed about 2 or 3 more growing back, but they were very tiny. Also, I have noticed that my lymph nodes on the left side of my groin have been very swollen. This morning, I woke to find something terrifying. On the left side of my scrotum was a whole area of little bumps. It was very itchy and inflamed. They don't look anything like my previous warts, but I really cant tell what it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

much to my dismay it was clinically diagnosed as HSV2. I took a blood test just to be sure, results due back in another week or so. What happened to the picture? Were you able to see it doc?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
