sebaceous hyperplasia

MY AGE 24,MALE HEALTHY FIG WHGT 66 KG.doctor told me my disease name is sebaceous hyperplasia.(i noticed that new hair in back comes out .my sebaceous glands in which they become enlarged. Sebaceous glands are found throughout my back chest, except on the palms and soles).doctor advised me to use sotret capsule(20mg) one/day. "BUT" i have high triglyceride (303 last 7days ago report) so,i didnot use this medicine...!but doctor gave me sotert gel (isotretinoin gel)for 1 month.i use daily.. my liver function test report----
1.SGOT 19 (<46),
2.SGPT 32 (<40)
3.T BILIRUBIN 0.6 (<1)
4.ALK PHOS 261 (65-306)
5.T PROTEIN 7.3 (6-8)
6.ALBUMIN 4.5 (3.5-5.0)
7.GLOBULIN 2.8 (2-3.5)
PLZ GIVE ME MEDICINE OR ADVISE FOR  CURE MY DISEASE..

If your diagnosis is indeed sebaceous hyperplasia, then the medication prescribed may help you get better. However, the effect of the gel application on your cholesterol level may need more attention.
