I have been experiencing tiny red dots on skin, ranging in size from a tiny pinprick to a very small freckle. These dots are bright red and when pressed upon with a finger nail the red center disappears leaving a slight red outline. They did not appear all at once, but rather over a period of weeks. I have about of these tiny red dots all over my body, which includes 1 on my forehead a couple under each eye, lower neck, upper chest, upper arms, inner forearm, abdomen, lower abdomen, Back, inner thigh; pretty much everywhere. The dots are not grouped together although in some areas a couple dots are spread 1 inch apart. When these dots started appearing I was taking chyldamicin for a bad tooth infection. A week After finishing the antibiotic I began to feel really fatigued and was running a low grade fever And a constant dull pain developed in my upper left abdomen. Naturally I went to a clinic, since I do not have insurance and the walk in doctor looked a the red dots for less than five second and said they were blood moles, told me I might have been exposed to some kind of food bacteria and did a bacteria test, which came back negative, and a cbc blood test, which came back normal except slightly low WBC, Low mhc, and high cholesterol. After the dr visit I continued to feel terrible was extremely fatigued and the abdomen pain increased so I went to the ER. There I was still running a low grade fever and my heart rate was really low so they did an ekg and everything was fine with my heart. A bunch of blood was drawn in which they did a complete metabolic panel of organ enzymes which everything was within normal range, tested for hpylori which came back negative, and pregnancy also negative. They also gave me some kind of numbing drink to swallow; however this did nothing to numb the pain I was feeling in the upper left quadrant. Ultimately they could not find the cause and sent me home.
It has been two months since this has occurred. More tiny red dots have appeared. My upper left quadrant pain went away for a couple weeks and is now back. I also feel fatigued a lotand have also been bruising easily along with niticing the appearance of tiny thread veins all over body. I have set up an appointment with a dermatologist however the appoint isnt for another month! Any insight into my condition would be greatly appreciated.
Also I am a 27 year old female, healthy weight eat mostly good, and excersice regularly.
