Hi

How old are you?

White blotches or discolorations on the skin may be due to a fungal infection like tinea versicolor. Other differentials may be pityriasis alba and vitiligo. In your case, I do not think this is any of these mentioned conditions . These white spots you have mentioned may be due to changes in skin color secondary to vascular response to heat, cold and even stress. Blood vessels in the skin may widen or tighten in response to heat and other factors.

Do continue to observe these. This may not be something to worry about in the absence of other symptoms.

Hi,
this could be a physical allergy.Physical allergies are allergic reactions to cold, sunlight, heat, or minor injury.
The immune system usually responds only to certain kinds of chemicals, namely proteins. However, non-proteins can trigger the same sort of response, probably by altering a protein to make it look like a target. Physical allergy refers to reactions in which a protein is not the initial inciting agent.
Cold can change certain proteins in the blood so that they induce an immune reaction. Heat allergies can be caused by exercise or even strong emotions in sensitive people.
If they are not bothersome they are best left alone.
If they itch you can take OTC anti-histamines.
