skin rash or what could it be?

For about 2 weeks my stomach has been very itching I looked to see what it was that was causing me to scratch a lot and I noticed red bumps. I thought maybe its just a little rash, but once i noticed it itched a lot I knew it wasn't normal and it began to spread around my stomach, breast, a few on my back, and i just realized today on my armpits. I don't know what it could be. I have been googling a lot and somethings seem to match with what I have. Its really itchy just yesterday I applied some hydrocortisone cream. I would go to a DR but I have no medical insurance the only possibly thing I can do is go to a Planned Parenthood but  I doubt they would help me there since they mainly specialize in other stuff (i.e. HIV/STD services) any help would do me good. Please and Thank you.

There are many possibilities for such a rash like allergic reaction, fungal rashes, shingles rash, viral rashes, heat rash, sweat dermatitis or pityriasis rosea. To confirm the diagnosis, please get an evaluation done from a dermatologist as treatment for all is entirely different.
