it also can be fungi...
if you eat sweets often, that can make it worse...
make sure you dont use any stereoid cream....you can try Imazol cream plus, it is used also for athlete's foot...or any over counter cream for fungi...but i know that this one is very strong but does not burn.

I am not a doctor...but i would definitely try this. if you can see over night improvement, i would continue with treatment. 3 times a day. your skin might peal off few time even, dont be scared, even more red itchy reacton, but keep using it. after 1-2 weeks you should have your skin back. however you need to use this cream for few more weeks at least, as fungi can come back otherwise.
i hope it is this matter and it would help. let me know if you did try it.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to perioral dermatitis. It mostly effects women and appear around the nose, mouth and eyes. Treatment consists of oral antibiotics like tetracyclines and anti-inflammatory drugs. A mild soap or soap substitute, such as Dove or Cetaphil should be used for washing. Scrubbing should be avoided.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
