small flat wartlike growths on legs

I have flat wartlike growths on legs and they are getting more numerous.  What causes this and and is there any cure for it   They look terrible

For such growths, any benign skin growth like a seborrheic keratosis or a common wart caused by HPV need to be ruled out. A senile wart also called as seborrheic keratosis is a noncancerous benign skin growth that originates in keratinocytes and are round or oval, flat or slightly elevated, light tan to black and very small to more than 2.5 centimetres in size lesions which may resemble warts.

I suggest you to get it examined from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis. Treatment is diagnosis specific.
