Chicken pox like rashes!?

Hi, last week, i have notice a few pinkish dot on my chest. I am 17 years old male. I thought it was acne and ignore it. Weirdly the bump occur mainly in places where people cannot see. Chest/ back/ inner thigh. From the knee down, it has nothing. my stomach doesn't has much but the sides of my body have the most. There was 2 on my hand. I observed it everytime since it's easy to see when i'm outside. I realized the pink pimple like rash seems to turn back to normal colour and the skin surrounding it came off and after that totally gone. My body also have many pinkish rash with skin around it coming out. The rash are like 1 to 2 cm in diameter. It's not really itchy and i got flu and sore throat yesterday. My diet and environment didn't change much. From all the different rashes, i think Pityriasis Rosea look the closest to mine. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pityriasis_rosea. But i'm not 100% sure. Is there anything that is similar to Pityriasis Rosea? The reason i have not seen the doctor for the flu+sore throat+ rashes is because i am having financial problems and i normally rest and use home remedies if im sick. But this is the first time i have gotten this kind of rashes.

Sorry, I have no idea what it could be. I suggest you to visit your doctor. And do let me know what the doctor said and how you are feeling.
Get well soon!

No fever. lymph nodes arent swollen. No changes except for the rash. The spot will be gone around 3 days after it has surfaced. Where did it first begin? i believe it's around the chest. My country only has 1 season which is summer. Some spots are bigger than others while ranging from 1 to 2 cm. It's itchy when i perspire and other than that, it's only itch abit like a mosquito bite. Rash occur most at the side of my body and inner thigh. My sore throat has more or less healed but the rashes are still there. I feel fine and healthy like usual except for the rashes now.

Is your throat red and does it have any purulent charges? Do you have fever? Are your lymph nodes swollen and painful? Have you noticed any other changes from your usual state?
How long did it took for a rash (a spot) to begin and how long till it disappeared? Where did it first begin?
Have you worn summer clothes from your closet that you haven´t washed before you wore it? Do you have one spot that is bigger than the others?
I don´t know what is the rash you have that is why I am asking you these questions, so maybe I will get an idea.
Bye
