small red bumps

  Hi  Could you please take a look at these small red bumps present for a month in male in his 20s  They start at the ankles ,and go a litlle bit above the knee cap and stop where boxers start .   Most predominant on the outer calf . Many of them.   Some of them blister .

Appeared around the same time as he started wearing sweatpants .  Also appeared around the same time as children caught lice at school .  They are not the least bit itchy. Legs hurt which could be unrelated.    Don't know if  any of these things are related , just thought i'd give you all of the information i had , and see what they looked like to you.  Thank you :)

They look like blocked follicles.  I can't tell from the picture whether they're infected.  They certainly have nothing to do with lice, or sweat pants for that matter.  I think he really ought to see a doctor in person for this one.  Some tests may be helpful in pinning things down.

hey how are u doing i asking cause i was taking a shower and i saw a a red spot on my feet  so didnt think of nothing  cause im a athlete i play sports but then i saw a little no even 1 inch of red rash on my head of my penis i dont no what it is  but see i thought the first time cause my feet had a red spot i didnt think of nothing cause im a college student and i let my friend where my shoes to take a shower a couple times  but when i got the same i said they look the same i said mabe something is wrong  so look at my pics  it doesnt itch or nothing its just a red rash

He should see a doctor.  These may be vasculitis--inflammation of the blood vessels.  There are various causes, but the first job is diagnosis.
