small white spots on gum

Hi my name is jake today i had a dentist apointment and had i think the floride done where they put the foam stuff on the mouth peice looking thing and i bit down and it just sits there for a while. Anyways i noticed that i have small white spots on my gum now, its near my two bottom k-9 teeth, there on the gum and i am very concerned from what it might be. Also on the side of my mouth not on the gum i have white spots maybe three of them on yeach side what could this be?

Since the white bumps have appeared after your dentist’s visit, so it can be due to contact dermatitis to fluoride or any of the other chemicals used. Avoid spicy or acidic foods during this time. You can use topical ointments like numbing ointments, such as benzocaine (Oragel), anti-inflammatory (steroid) gels, benadryl allergy liquid mouthwash, oral preparations of steroids and vitamin supplements.

But if the sores last or start spreading then get it checked from your dentist.
