some questions about my penis

SS
Hi Doctor,
I Have some small bumps that run up the under side of my penis. They start at the tip of the glans and run down to the bottom of the foreskin.I also have some in the foreskin that are noticeable only when I pull the foreskin back on the right side.I also have noticed some skin discoloration around the opening of my urethura. And finaly I have a spot on the top of my glans that is 3mm by 7mm irregular shaped. While I can see this it isnt raised or a different color,I guess its just like seeing an outline of something. All of these have been there for a while and havent gotten any worse. However last week after having sex with my wife I experienced pain in the glans for 2 days and then it went away.My wife has been having some problems with an erratic menstrual cycle but just had an exam/pap smear and everything is fine.
My question is are these normal or should I go to a doctor and if so what type.I do have the small cysts on my penis shaft near the base but have never heard of them going up onto the foreskin.
Thank you for taking the time to help myself and others on this board.

I don't think you have anything to worry about.  The different changes you see on your penis are almost certainly cysts and other common changes (you can see them on the foreskin too, if you pull the skin taut.)  Certainly your pain and your wife's erratic periods aren't connected with these changes.  My advice is to show your primary doctor your areas of concern the next time you can.  That will almost surely set your mind at ease.

Good luck.
