spontaneous blisters on face

A few days ago I woke up with a blister on my face. Since then, I have had two more show up on my legs and another on my face.  They look similar to a burn blister. The first one I received has scabbed over and is getting bigger. It is now the size of a dime.  The blisters itch a lot and ooze a clear liquid even once they have scabbed over. I have tried to treat them using peroxide and antibiotic ointment to prevent infection, but they seem to only be getting worse. A couple weeks before they showed up, my husband had some similar blisters on his neck but dismissed them as razor rash.  Now these blisters look more like a bad spider bite. I haven't been able to make an appointment to have them checked out due to the long holiday weekend.  If you could please let me know what you think these might be an how I can treat them in the meantime, I would greatly appreciate it.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These blisters can be due to staph bullous infection or impetigo. Impetigo is a highly contagious superficial bacterial skin infection. Primarily caused by Staphylococcus aureus and sometimes by Streptococcus pyogenes. Topical and oral antibiotics are the treatment of choice. My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist and get prescribed oral antibiotics also because sometimes topical therapy with antibiotic creams is not sufficient for the treatment.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Since I posted my situation, I have been to see the doctor. I was diagnosed as having a staph infection called impentaigo.  Staph can be picked up anywhere and can live very long on any surface.  I contracted it from my husband (who most likely picked it up at the gym) when he and I used the same towel to dry our faces.  I then, not knowing what it was, spread it to other parts of my body through scratching. The doctor prescribed a cream that specifically kills staph and MRSA. It has almost been a week since I started treating my sores, and I am almost completely healed.
