spots on glans of penis

About 2 months ago after having protected sex with my girlfriend these small red bumps appeared on the glans of my penis. They were sore for like a day then after that they started drying up and just becoming dry spots and then went away and about three more just appeared and I cant figure out what it is. From pictures of std's it does not look like any of them it is not clustered just three random bumps. And also my skin has become pretty itchy on my legs chest and arms and i get a few bumps on them but not the same looking as on my penis glans. I put some hydrocortisone and also tried this psoriasis cream and they are not as raised as they used to be but still red spots. Help please!

Look like you need to get a biopsy done to find out what it is, if all the blood tests/ swabs for syphilis/chlamydia/LGV are negative

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Unfortunately there were no pictures but genital herpes needs to be ruled out. Most individuals have no or only minimal signs or symptoms from HSV-1 or HSV-2 infection. When signs do occur, they typically appear as one or more blisters on or around the genitals or rectum. The blisters break, leaving tender ulcers (sores) that may take two to four weeks to heal the first time they occur. Typically, another outbreak can appear weeks or months after the first, but it almost always is less severe and shorter than the first outbreak.
The only way of ruling it out is by getting yourself tested for genital herpes. Laboratory tests include: culture of the virus, direct fluorescent antibody (DFA) studies to detect virus, skin biopsy, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to test for presence of viral DNA. I sincerely advise you to consult a dermatologist and get it ruled out.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Looks like you have got an ulcer related to an STI. I would immediately go to your local drop in clinic and get screened.
