steroid acne

I injected steroids testostorne before i moved to thi land now i'm living here and ive come up in bad spots all over my chest, back of shoulders and lower back the spots are red with white puss when squezed i've been taking Doxycycline along with panoxyl acnegel 5 for about 2 and a half weeks now is this correct? if so when will i see results? if not correct what should i try and do to solve the problem?
