sticky scrotum

Hi,
I have condition that i couldn't figure out quite a while but i guess its eczema. I feel pain in my scrotum when i wear boxers because my scrotum is sticky and it sticks to my leg and this makes me very uncomfortable.  If i switch to slip undergarment, it doesn't stick anymore the pain relieves. I have redness in scrotum and red veins visible and shiny. Might that be egzema or some infection?

Hello,
It can be simple dermatitis or skin infection. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist
