strange bumps/rash

Hello Doctor
I am a 26-year old female, and 3 days ago, i had unprotected sex with someone new. 2 days later, he developed a rash on the skin above his penis - mainly above his pubic hair line to just below the belly botton. they are small, scattered red spots that look almost like pimples that are below the skin. they do not hurt or itch, and there is nothing on his actual penis, not really even close.
As far as I go, I was tested for all STD's and had a vaginal exam 6 months ago, everything was clean, however, I have had one sexual partner other than this new once since my last exam, but have never noticed anything strange. The past year I have had chronic yeast infections, which have actually gotten much better and less frequent the past couple months. I know this is sounding like I should talk to an ob-gyn (we are both seeing someone in a few days), but I have taken microbiology before and this looks nothing like any STD I studied. The reason I am freaking out is because I just noticed a few red spots/pimples on myself, basically under my pubic hair. They are just on the skin, not even close to my vagina. I have noticed this on myself before, but always assumed it was razor burn or actual pimples, figured i'd bring it up at my next exam. I honestly cannot say how long I have noticed them, nor any pattern. Like I said, I thought it was razor burn or actual pimples. They are slightly itchy, but do not hurt at all (nor ever have).
Like I said, we are both seeing someone in a few days, but in the meantime, I am freaking out, cannot sleep! Any ideas?

I understand your concern, but I don't think what you're describing on either one of you is an STD.  It sounds more like blocked pores.  I guess you'll need to wait to see the doctor in person to find out for sure though.  Meantime, I suggest you leave the marks alone, so the doctor can tell for sure what they are when you go.

Take care.
