my left thumb has like little blisters arund the side of it thumb is hot and painful been to doctrs and been givenflucloxacillin and canesten but still as bad

Looks like the doctor is treating you for infection and fungus.  Did you have a scraping of the blisters?  If not, I am wondering if this is an allergic reaction to something you can in contact with such as paint.  Hydrocortisone cream works good if it is an allergic reaction.  I had a paint fight when I was a kid at school.  On my arm developed a perfectly round circle with blisters all around that really itched.  It was an reaction from the paint to that particular part of the skin.
