tiny itchy bumps that... travel?

About three weeks ago I developed what seemed to be a rash on my right rib cage that seemed to consist of very small, almost pin point sized flesh colored bumps that itched like CRAZY. I left it alone and it seemed to subside but then I got the very same "rash" right below my belly button. That went away but not before it seemed to spread to my right inner thigh which then a couple days later it developed on my left inner thigh and they are now wrapping around to the bottom of my butt. The rash on my rib cage went away eventually and the same went for my lower abdomen until today where a couple bumps seemed to pop back up. They are not puss filled, the skin surrounding these bumps isn't red or discolored unless of course I itch it. I've also noticed that now I have three tiny bumps on my elbow just now and also ONE little bump on my knee cap.

This is driving me absolutely insane. It's getting to the point where I've researched bed bugs and flees and yada yada yada so then I always think i feel something crawling on me so I hurry and look and there's never anything to be found. I don't really have time to head to the doctors office so I'm hoping that someone may have an answer for me. Calamine lotion does seem to stop the itching temporarily, but is not assisting these bumps to leave me alone.

Do you have a cat?
It could be a parasite that travels in the blood.
I've had it.  Treated with Ivermectin (for the cat too).
