weak, splotchy hands

I am concerned about the palms of my hands.  Lately I have noticed that my palms have white splotches on them.  My hands are also weak and tremble.  I am only 19 so this is a bit disconcerting.  I am currently in India so I am wondering if the heat could be affecting this.  In addition, I am just getting over mono.  Could this be a side effect?  Please help me.  WHat should I do

had a back epidural a week an a half before this stated, but I start feeling a itch in the middle of my palm, and it started to drive me crazy, I looked at my hand and I had two spots  one the size of a nickle and one size of a dime in my hand with a red ring around it my hand started swelling pain in the middle of my palm then my palm turned red, the pain is terrible especillaly with lower back pain all I could do is cry and ask the lord to help me! So I called my doctor that gave me the epidural told her what the problem was, she told me to go to my primary doctor, went to my primary doctor he was stumped she just gave me vicodine for pain, already taking soma and gabpentin, I am tired of seeing doctors now it has spread to my right palm and I have spots on the arch of my left foot. please help!
