what can i do about these white spots????

i have quite a few white spots and or blotches on my face that appeared over last 6-9 months or so and no make-up covers it up! what is this and what can i do?????

Hi,

This may be a case of tinea versicolor. Tinea versicolor is a common fungal infection .The affected skin may appear lighter than surrounding normal skin. This may present as patches of off gray to white skin and they may show very fine almost invisible scales. There is also mild itching in some cases.

Is this similar to what you have?

Any other similar rash in other parts of the body?

Do you have any history of allergies?
