Itchy pimples on hand in summer

Hi.
I would like to ask about my skin problem. I have this problem from 2-3 years and it only occurs in Summers.
Whenever the weather becomes warm i get pimples on my hands(sometimes even my feet) and they are very itchy and painful when I move my hand. The worst part is that they are between my fingers. Also on the fingers and the palm of my hand. I really dont like these on my hands and whenever I use an ointment or cream they go away but come back after a few days. My skin is normally dry and has these pimple only in summers. In winter they just disappear.
I would really be grateful if I get any help.
Thanks

Hey chocofoxee.
Welcome to the Forum.

Let me try to help you avoid a lot of trouble and suffering!
Magnesium chloride- mix well 50 grams with 150ml filtered H2O- take 1/2 teaspoon with each meal and increase to 1 teaspoon in three days , magnesium oil -daily-rub your hands or other affected area and let absorb for 1h.
Coconut oil -Extra Virgin Coconut Oil- to replace all cooking oils (inflammatory when heated) and use EVCO externally instead  of moisturizer.
Daily consumption of mangoes
Avoid contact with water, dry fast after washing or shower.

Hope this helps.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like pompholyx or dyshidrotic eczema. The exact cause is not known and excessive sweating can be one of the reasons. But some triggers like allergic reaction to soaps, detergents, foods, latex, nickel etc may trigger the symptoms. Apply some calamine lotion on the affected area and keep the area well moisturized. Use only thin applications of moisturizer ointments as excessive amounts of ointment may restrict breathing of the skin and aggravate the condition.

Topical steroids can be applied but they are available under prescription. Moreover to prevent infection, topical antibiotics may be needed. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
