why do I have a hole on the side of my penis and can u get black heads there?

I have a hole on the side of my penis and has been there since as long as I can remember there is a yellowish blackheads substance what is this I also have a picture of what i was able to force out

Yes, you can get zits on your penis. You don't state your age, but they can happen at almost any age and are more prevalent in teens and young adults. That you get a discharge you can squeeze out that is yellowish would indicate a zit. First make sure you clean well with soap and warm water often, but try soaking a warm/hot washcloth and holding it to the affected area a couple of times a day to see if that clears it up. Good luck.
