Hi there!

Borderline diabetes is actually an indefinite term and could have resolved or aggravated over the years. It could also mean an increased tendency to develop elevated blood sugar levels in conditions of stress. I would suggest considering an initial evaluation by a primary care physician and if need be, an endocrinology consult may be sought.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
