Borderline Diabetes
I was told i had borderline diabetes when i was 5 or 6 years old, I was wondering if there is any chance that i could have outgrown it? i am now 24 years old and i haven't had any problems with it, but i also watch what i eat, but it still makes me wounder.

Hi there!

Borderline diabetes is actually an indefinite term and could have resolved or aggravated over the years. It could also mean an increased tendency to develop elevated blood sugar levels in conditions of stress. I would suggest considering an initial evaluation by a primary care physician and if need be, an endocrinology consult may be sought.
