Would not venture an opinion until the rest of the tests are in. What sometimes happens in a young child is that they eat too small of a quantity of offending food (with gluten) to get a full positive on blood tests. With the symptom in the stool and even a positive level blood test, the child should be watched carefully; diary of stool patterns, what is significant......
diarrhea, fatty diarrhea (tan, floating, rotten eggs smelling), constipation, even alternating between constipation and diarrhea, large bulky stools; early satiety, bloating, early fullness, child choosing to eat foods different from in past, headaches, upset stomach, skin break outs, might be mistaken for hives, sores on tongue, heartburn kind of pain, AND careful tracking of height and weight, those compared to that of siblings if there are any.
