Most of the time is a huge struggle. I'm usually depressed. I find myself not caring alot about my diabetes or taking my proper insulin. I am hitting numbers in the twenties alot of the time.  Help what can I do, I just feel like whats the point its been so long now, it's too late.

It is never too late and yes you sound very depressed. Even though it's normal to feel that way, you really need to see a doctor for antidepressant. Are you living alone? Is there anybody (family, friend) that can support you and motivate you. Depression is very common in diabetics. The different sugar levels make your moods change. You can't think straight and that's when you need support from somebody. How long have you been diabetic? What do you do for living? What do you do for fun?
Will like to hear from you again.

You sound depressed. Are you on any anti-depressants? Have you spoken to your doctor on how you are feeling? Could it be the change of season affecting your mood?

Low sugar levels are just as dangerous as high levels....

You really do not want a stroke or anything like that. Please talk to your doctor.
