It's a way of eating that focuses on mindfulness, listening to your own hunger and satiety cues, and eating all foods in moderation. (Including sugar). I don't follow any diets or restrict anymore, no food is good or bad, and food is fuel only. Also accepting your body as it is and learning to treat it with respect. I was just wondering if there were any other type 2s here using this method.

I'm a Type 2 with Binge Eating Disorder, went to treatment and found intuitive mindful eating. Any others find this method helpful in controlling blood glucose levels?
