"Please tell me what is the normal range of blodd urea & what kind of tests & treatment is required for my parents."
You should direct this question to the Gastroenterology and Kidney Disease & Disorders forums. BUN testing helps to determine [along with Creatinine] how well the kidney's are functioning. Additionally, high BUN can be associated with a high protein diet. Have you discussed this with their doctor? If not, you should.
Not all lab ranges are the same as some differ per lab. Ask for a copy of the lab results, the ranges should be indicated on the lab results sheet.

As per the lab, the range is 20-40.
Still waiting for the report from Doctor.
