Hello, some fruits have more sugars than other.  You can look up their glycemic (sugar) index on line for more information.  I have heard that bananas and watermelon have more sugar.  The more fiber in a fruit the better.  I was told not to drink fruit juice as it has too much sugar
Good luck

Yes, as fruits contains fruit sugar [fructose]. How much and what type varies by individual. Eat fruits with other foods to slow the digestion of fructose. Test before and 2-3 hours after eating to see how that fruit affected your glucose levels. You can also Google search 'high fructose foods and fruits with highest fructose levels' for references.
