Where are all the best injection Insulin sites
I'm injecting insulin three times a day and finding it sore when im finish. I'm would like to know some sites that are easier injection sites?
The best place is the fat of the belly, two inches or so from the belly button, with the needle inserted at an angle rather than verically. Injections in this area are virtually painless. The auto-injectors may not permit injection at an angle. The sub-cu needles where you draw your own insulion are superior in this respect.
