what kind of food will i eat as a diabetes patient

I am diabetic above 60. I am confused of hundreds of recipe published every week and sometimes contradicts each other. If a particular food works well for me, does it matter if I continually eat same food for breakfast and another same food that work for me for dinner. V

check out Nutrisystem's diabetic plan.  Since I've been on it I have stopped needing insulin shots!

Are you still living in Nigeria? If yes, what do you normally eat throughout the day? I ask because foods available/eaten in the USA are not the same as in Nigeria. One common food is fruits, so eat fruits with other foods to slow the absorption of fructose, fruit sugar. This is the best I can offer until we hear back from you. If you do not wish to reply use Google search and look up "diabetic foods", "diabetic nutrition", and so on.
