They do sound like they are a bit high. I don't know. Have you tried calling your doctor's office and asked?
Thanks for responding, and no need to apologize. Consider it human error, something we all do at times. Your glucose levels are definitely very high and close to dangerous. Please see a doctor and get medication to help lower and control your levels. If you Google search the words diabetes nutrition you will find many helpful links on nutrition (good and bad foods) - don't eat bad carbs, sugary food or liquids containing sugar. Try to eat in smaller portions spread out during the day to help ease the glucose entering your body. Stop smoking, lose weight, and perform moderate exercise will all help to reduce your levels.

It was before and after 2 hours after , anyways my reading are generally higher today then when i posted when i woke up ii was 7.2 after breakfast 2 hours 1 was 8.2 befor lunch i was 7.5 2 hours after lunch i jumped to 20.5 befor dinner i was 8.1 2 hours after dinner i was 12.9 I definatly need to ssee a dietition and ssorry for leaving info out i have no clue about anything , thanks have a goodd night
It would help to know when you tested - fasting or 2-4 hours after a meal - but you kept this a secret from us. We can't comment on your test results w/o knowing this.
