my mother is a type 2 and she recently told me that she feels weak, gets dizzy and just don't feel right. She went clinic and all the doctor said was that she was under a lot of stress and fatigue. What can I do to help her??

Hi,

first question is how is her blood sugar?  Is she testing?  What are her numbers?

Non-diabetic blood sugars are fasting in the 80s and post eating not higher than 140 (but better not higher than 120).  If her numbers are high she may need adjustment of medication.  If her numbers are very high (say over 200), then she may need to be on insulin instead of oral meds (along with low carb diet).  If her numbers are over 300 she should go to urgent care for help.

Please come back and let us know how she she is going.
