quick question

I took a blood test over at my friends house on his little diabetes blood monitor and it said 183  6-2 what does that mean is that good or bad

Hi!
Well, any reading above 180 is not good, but since it is just above 180 its not bad either. Also, a fasting blood sugar of 132 is high. Just a single day’s reading of 24 hours is not enough to diagnose a condition as it may be related to something you ate. You may be pre-diabetes or early diabetes. It is important to get a fasting blood sugar, PP blood sugar (two hours after meals), and Hb1Ac (to know your sugar control of last 3 months).

I JUST CHECKED IT AGIN THIS MORNING ITS BEEN SEVERAL HOURS AFTER SENCE IVE EAT ANYTHING AND NOW ITS SAYING 132

I also have symptoms such as fatigue , weakness , dizzy spells that don't last very long like maybe  second or two , leg twitching , and tingling sensation on scalp , face and upper arms

I guess I should  add that im 23 years old and im 127 pounds and I took this test at like 12:30 at night im not sure if that will mke a difference but just thought I should add
