Hi, a person. with diabetes must be very careful with wearing of compression socks, particularly if you have any signs of neuropathy of peripheral vascular disease. IE. only properly fitted and under close medical supervision.
if compression garments are used daily foot inspection is essential.
if your a1c is excellent, below 6 5 and no issues, then appropriate use of pressure garments, still under medical supervision, may be fine.
