they drop off some things, but in almost 20 years I have never seen them simply drop off a pump. Most companies offer payment plans. This may be your only option. It is not a medical necessity, and therefore they are expensive, this isnt a great thing, but it is the truth. I know minimed tries to work with it customers so that they can get what they need/want in a way that doesnt hurt them financially. Look into this and good luck, also talk to your doctor, sometimes they know some tricks to help ensure you get one.
Sometimes when you have no insurance some of the drug reps, at the dr's offices drop off equipment. especially like bloodsugar meters, all kinds of stuff. not just drug samples. also on T.V. there is the phyzer[spelled wrong] comercial.good luck
