Hi,
I have a girl who is 7 years old and from 2 years she is diabetic. We are from Romania, East-Europe and in our country we have big financial problems to buy test strips for my girl's glucometer(they are very expansive for our possibillities). She use in this moment a Free-Style Papillon. Can somebody to help us with some test strips boxes for a low price?My girl measure glycemia  times every day and she has 4 shots with insulin. Insulin (Actraprid and Mixtard 30 is free with recomendation for our doctor. But, test strips or meters no. Please inform us about how we can manage this problem?

I don't know anything about obtaining financial help with test strips in countries other than the USA, but here in the USA the company that makes the FreeStyle strips has a program that provides FreeStyle strips and lancets (and a meter) free of charge if a person meets all of the income requirements.  Maybe if you contact them they can let you know if any help is available in your country.
