Concerned

I have been not feeling like myself lately. Ive seem to be very tired. I have been urinating more frequently and seem to be drinking allot more fluids than normally. When i feel like eating, I go to get the food but when i do I suddenly feel like not eating. After i eat i feel like **** and weak. Sometimes i get a dull pain on the upper left side of my back that comes and goes. My concentration has declined. I seem to not being able to remember things as well. and i seem to just see spots or just kinda see white, that the best way i can explain it. Im not sure if this is depression or something else?

I felt the same way and let it go for almost 2 months, didnt have so much of the pain, but the rest was a definate, the fatigue, urinating alot, thirst, stuff just not healing, when I ate I felt like ****. I finally went to the doctor and I am now T2. I am still very tired and such but I guess its part of the initial regulation of it. I would get checked asap.
