Sprite contains phosphoric acid as Coke does. So isn't Sprite just as bad as Coca Cola? The sodium, sugar and carbs in sodas are HUGE and play havoc in ones body. See this http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/4269/nutrition.html

I heard that for every 7 grams of sugar listed that equals to 1 heaping tablespoon of dry sugar per serving. Coke lists 39 grams of sugar which equates to 5.57 tablespoons. You ingest **** you end up feeling like ****. If you're overweight put the shovel down and pick up the spoon and start exercising, like walking, something.

Go see your PCP and get a CBC (complete blood check) and that should include the HGB A1c diabetic test. Also, write down all your ill feelings and present your list to the attending doctor. This will help them understand your problems better. Good luck.

Stop drinking coca cola and start drinking 100% juice and sprite then go to your doctor. Coca cola and a lot of others contain phosphoric acid that thins your bones. All of them contain high fructose corn syrup and if you keep abusing it you probably will get heart disease earlier then everyone else.
