If the drink has stevia why does it also have sugar?
the 12gr of sugar is included in the 13gr of carbs so its not carbs "and" sugar its carbs "including" sugar.
12gr of sugar would raise my BG 50 points. I dont know what it would do to your BG.

Stevia is fine for diabetics. However, the 12 g of sugar is not fine.
It will best if you can find low carb / sugar free drinks. Best if these are naturally sugar free as artificial sweeteners are also not good.
'Natural' sweeteners such as Stevia, Erythritol, Lohan do not raise blood sugars and may be suitable.
