Tremors

For the last three weeks I have been experiencing, tingles, jitters, flutters, tremors, vibrations, inside of my body, I just want whatever it is to be gone, I don't rest at night because when I lay down it seems to get worse, what is happening and what can I do about it.  I really don't like this feeling.

I really don't know why this is happening to me it just started all of a sudden. I have made an appointment with my doctor, I'll let you know what he says.

Hi Franny,

please go see your dr.  We really cannot diagnose you here, or even know what to recommend.

Has anything changed in your diet or lifestyle?  Do you take coffee or caffienated drinks at night?  If so, would suggest cutting them out and seeing if it helps.

Suggest you see your dr and tell him your symptoms.  Your dr should test your thyroid levels, sugar levels, Vitamin Levels (B and D, probably), and do a general checkup.

Please come back and let us know how you go.
