I have elevated liver function tests and for some reason they are rising. I have checked negative for hepatitis> Could schewwepes drink  aggravate the issue.

2. What other reason could bring high results ( I do not drink either)

thanks--yes I have diabetes 2 and that could be a reason for liver issues. My sugar is quite in control for now though. My diet is quite good and tht si why the concern for the rising LFT results

Do your blood sugars run high a lot? My liver function test was high when my sugars were out of control for to long. My doctor insisted I quit drinking even though I never drink!! Then my new doctor said it was due to my high sugars.
