laxative for diabitic patient

My patient is suffering from type II diabities and has not passed stool since morning.
He is having sever pain in his stomach and has been administered some injections like eneaset and Ketanov but there is no relief.
Kindly advice for the same. The pain is sever

Are you an unlicensed doctor or a medical student seeking answers to an potential medical issue? What is not posted are the results of a medical doctor's evaluation, as the problem appears to be gastrointestinal related rather than diabetes.

Hi,

considering he is having severe pain I would be very cautious about giving him anything... has he been seen by a doctor.  

If he only hasn't passed stool since this morning, then the pain could be something unrelated to his stool.... please do ask advice of his doctor.  

You should not be getting online advice for something this severe... as we really cannot know the condition of your patient and would be wrong to make recommendation.
